What if you could…
💬 easily have conversations in another language?
You could go abroad and make friends with the locals, or stay home and connect with your relatives in their native language.
📺 watch foreign language movies without the subtitles?
You could open yourself up to whole new worlds of entertainment and culture.
📚 read classic novels in their original language?
So much gets lost in translation. Understand the people of the past at another level.
You’ve been trying and trying to learn, downloading every app, and you’re just about ready to kick that annoying green owl out of your life forever.
You’ve been levelling up every day, but why do you still feel so unsure of yourself?
Why does holding a conversation in your target language not feel any closer?
⚠️ It’s not because you’re lazy, unmotivated, or lack discipline ⚠️
Here’s the rub:
Learning a new language is personal, but the other solutions treat it as something that can be applied to every human on the planet.
Like sure, if you don’t have top tier, perfect grammar, there can be miscommunications and mistakes that make the international workplace an embarrassing experience;
but if you want to just talk to your great aunt in her native language and she speaks mostly in slang, drilling grammar rules for hours on end isn’t gonna cut it for you.
➡️ And if you have a personalised language learning strategy built specifically for your goals, lifestyle, personality, interests, and even your fears? ⬅️
- You know for a fact that what you’re doing to learn a language will get you all the skills you need
- You’ll want to stay consistent and learn something every day, not drag your feet (or even worse, force yourself)
- When life hands you lemons (or pelts you with them for a week straight), you won’t feel guilty about giving up again
- Forget blind hope – you’ll actually feel yourself getting closer to your goals.
But right now…learning a language feels impossible
And honestly? I don’t blame you!
The popular, traditional advice is underwhelming…or overwhelming, depending on the voice.
The apps and strategies that other people are using suck. They’re boring, annoying, or you just forget they exist.
Magical, motivating promises of fluency and ease aren’t working like you’ve been told they will.
Raise your hand 🙋 if you’re stuck in this cycle:
1. wow it’d be super cool to learn *language*!
So you head on over to YouTube (or whatever social you’re into right now) and start doing some research.
2. You find an approach, usually from ads or a youtube polyglot, maybe from a friend who likes a certain strategy
This is probably based on one (quite frankly random) person’s experience with learning languages; if it’s from a Polyglot™, you can bet you’re falling victim to a brand deal and/or affiliate commission
3. You start out excited and motivated, with a dash of hyperfocus and a smidgen of obsession
Learning languages is amazing!! You want to spend all of your time and energy learning. You might even find one of those online calculators that tells you how many hours it’ll take you to reach certain levels; the more hours you spend studying every day, the faster you’ll be fluent!
4. That energy wanes. You’re not learning as quickly as expected, or even at all
Your app may celebrate your streak, but your real-life abilities don’t match. There’s some major dissonance between the hours you’re putting in and progress to your actual goals.
5. Giving up. again.
You’re following someone else’s strategy, built to support someone else’s goals, so eventually your brain rejects it. And it’s the worst.
Learning a language doesn’t have to be – shouldn’t be – painful and disappointing.
In today’s age of language apps, it’s possible to find your own language learning strategy that’s built just for you.
Introducing…
The Multilingual Mastery Method
The 90-day path to your best way to learn a language.
The Method covers every single way there is to learn a language and how to know which one(s) to use, so you can finally learn a new language the way you want to.
There are a lot of options – and new ones popping up every single day. This means there are practically unlimited ways to learn a new language.
With The Method, you’ll not only learn about these strategies, but you’ll also be able to piece them together to build a personalized, enjoyable language learning journey.
Let’s be specific. Here’s exactly what you’ll learn inside The Method:
- How to translate what you want to learn (and what you don’t care about) into the language learning strategies you need to use (and which to avoid)
- Which apps and resources support different strategies – plus, how to tell which ones are which without me telling you 😉
- How to know when, how often, and how long to study, and whether it’s actually effective for your brain and your goals
- How to break your self-sabtaging cycles – like chronically switching apps *just in case* there’s something better, or taking every hint of imperfection as a sign that you just suck
- What markers of progress to look for (P.S. pretty graphs in your language app really are just a pretty face)
- Clearly predict what it’ll look like as you get closer and closer to your language goals
I’m Jamie, and I’m a language coach. I use she/her pronouns.
I spent years trying it all – language classes, apps, private tutors, books, flashcards, even moving abroad and being immersed in the language – but could never stay consistent with any of it.
When other language learners started asking me which apps and courses they should be using, I realized something.
They didn’t realize they could make their own way to learn a language – and it could look however they wanted it to!
While everyone else swears their approach is the best one (ask your Google/Siri/Alexa to define “confirmation bias”), I go deeper and start with you.
Jamie’s flexibility in understanding where I was in my language learning journey and having the ability to meet me there, was immeasurably helpful.

- Pre-recorded video lessons
We’re all too busy for bullshit. These lessons are short (~10 minutes long, on average) so you can learn on your own schedule. - Implementation worksheets

Appropriate for digital and old-school (AKA they’re printable) learners. - A variety of formats
Each video lesson consists of a slide deck with a voiceover. Some learners like to listen while they do other things, others prefer the captions, and still others like to review the slide decks independently. - Live coaching for personalized support
I’m not going to throw a bunch of information at you and then peace out; after each Phase (once a month), get live coaching with yours truly to cross any t’s. - Lifetime access
The language learning industry is constantly changing right now, so I update the course when necessary. Join now and you’ll be forever in-the-know with what’s going on.
So what exactly will you be learning?
Phase 1: Mindset
4 lessons
Start your personalized language learning journey by breaking down your fears & specifying what exactly you want to learn
Phase 2: Methods
6 lessons
Learn all about what strategies exist, which ones you need to prioritize, and which ones to ignore
Phase 3: Metrics
4 lessons
How to stick to learning a language long-term, no matter what happens
Phase 1: Mindset
You’re always getting your hopes up for the “next big thing” thanks to the magical guarantees of every language app ever. When it doesn’t work (because they’re not meant to help you understand what you need to learn, they’re meant to sell you the thing) you assume it’s something wrong with you.
(it’s not)
Not to mention your grandiose expectations of yourself that are based on motivational quotes and famous polyglots, as opposed to what’s actually real life.
In Phase 1, you’ll create your personalized language learning journey from beginning to end (and beyond), and be able to picture exactly what it will look like as you get closer and closer to your language learning goals.
Phase 2: Methods
There are an overwhelming number of ways to learn languages, and whether or not they “work” depends on who you ask. It’s impossible to know which apps and strategies to use unless you’re clear on exactly what you need to learn and how you want to learn it.
This Phase breaks down every aspect of the online language learning industry to help you understand things like:
- the strategies available to support your specific goals
- how to choose the resources that offer those strategies
- which aspects of the language you can completely ignore
- & more!
Phase 3: Metrics
Shit happens, and I’ve never met anybody who has actually successfully fulfilled their language goals 100% of the time; people just like to talk about their highlight reels.
Learning a language is not about forcing yourself to be perfect and therefore hating yourself, it’s about accepting reality and learning from it – what kind of routines are effective for any particular person, and what to do when you get the flu the same day your refrigerator dies and your language learning is the last thing that’s getting done right now.
(hint: the answer is not “feel guilty”)
In the final Phase, you’ll learn the strategies you’ll need to stay consistent in your language learning long-term, even if your goals change, your skills change, or your life changes.
Is The Method for you?
You may be a good fit for The Method if…
🎉
You’re doing the work, but it’s not working
If you’ve tried over and over again to learn a language (either with the same approach every time, or mixing it up) and something just isn’t ✨clicking✨, The Method was built for you!
🎉
You’re a self-improvement junkie
While The Method teaches you how to learn languages, it also teaches many concepts that can be applied to other hobbies/goals. The most successful clients do serious internal work to get major change.
🎉
You’re learning a non-English language
The Method is in English, and at this time is not translated to other languages. I would not recommend using The Method to learn English.
However, you shouldn’t join us if…
⛔
You “don’t do pronouns”
Learning languages effectively means being open-minded and accepting of change.
I will ask you your pronouns when you join, so if that makes you roll your eyes, you’re better off elsewhere.
⛔
You want easy answers
I take a holistic, well-rounded approach to learning languages.
If you just want a simple answer without doing a bit of soul-searching, The Method isn’t for you.
⛔
You’re not reasonably tech-savvy
The Method is 100% online, using platforms like Notion, online forums, and embedded video.
If you tend to struggle with logging into new platforms, The Method will be too high tech.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will The Method teach me the actual language?
No. This course will not teach you a language, it will teach you how to learn a language.
Will I have to buy another app/course after buying this one?
You won’t have to, but you may decide you want to. In this course, you’ll learn the basics of every strategy, including how you can do it on your own and which apps and courses use these strategies in their own methodology.
For example, let’s say you learn you want to focus on vocab flashcards (& you’ll have to join us to find out why I’d never recommend that 😉). In that lesson, I would teach you how to make flashcards (i.e. get index cards or cut up pieces of paper, write down the vocab word on one side, flip it over, then write the translation on the other side), and then I’d tell you about apps that will do this for you digitally, like Quizlet or Babbel.
Will the Method help me if I’m learning *language*?
Yes! Because The Method does not teach you the language itself (moreso the strategies you need to learn the language you want to), you can apply these lessons to any spoken foreign language*.
*I would not recommend The Method if you are learning English, as you’ll need to be a native or near-native English speaker to benefit.
What if The Method doesn’t work for me?
I offer a risk-free 30-day guarantee. If you’re not blown away by the very first lesson, I will gladly refund your payment.
Learn a language consistently.
Sit up straight and lift your chin – this is the confidence you’ll feel every time you think about your language learning, knowing exactly what to do, how to do it, and when to do it, even when life gets busy.
Being able to know what I like, what I don’t like, makes it easier for me to discover which resource I should use for my language learning. I feel like now I have enough knowledge to search for something that works for me. I will not get misled by what somebody on the internet says.
